اِنَّمَا یَعْمُرُ مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰهِ مَنْ اٰمَنَ بِاللّٰهِ وَ الْیَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ
Only those enliven the mosques of Allah who believe in Allah and the Last Day
Prayer Times
اِنَّ الصَّلٰوةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ كِتٰبًا مَّوْقُوْتًا
 Indeed prayers are a time bound obligatory duty upon the Muslims.
Moon Sighting
یَسْئَلُوْنَکَ عَنِ الْاَهِلَّةِؕ قُلْ هِیَ مَوَاقِیْتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَ الْحَجِّؕ
They ask you, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), regarding the crescents; say, “They are indicators of time for mankind and for Hajj (the pilgrimage)”

اِنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُوْرِ عِنْدَ اللّٰهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا
Indeed the number of months before Allah is twelve
